1. Agreement to Terms
cjpjob.in use करके आप इन Terms of Service से agree करते हैं। अगर आप agree नहीं करते, तो platform use मत करें।
ℹ️ यह एक job connection platform है — हम employer नहीं हैं। हम workers और employers को connect करते हैं।
2. Eligibility — कौन Join कर सकता है
- आपकी उम्र 18 साल या उससे अधिक होनी चाहिए
- आप India के resident होने चाहिए
- आपके पास valid mobile number होना चाहिए
- आप legally work करने के eligible होने चाहिए
3. Account Registration
Register करते समय:
- सही और accurate information provide करें
- एक mobile number से एक ही account बनाएं
- अपना account किसी और को transfer न करें
- Account security की जिम्मेदारी आपकी है
⚠️ Fake information या duplicate accounts = immediate ban. कोई warning नहीं मिलेगी।
4. Platform का Proper Use
cjpjob.in पर आप:
- ✅ Job opportunities ढूंढ सकते हैं
- ✅ Skills list करके employers से connect हो सकते हैं
- ✅ Government scheme guidance ले सकते हैं
- ✅ Community में participate कर सकते हैं
आप यह नहीं कर सकते:
- ❌ Fake job postings create करना
- ❌ Other users को harass या spam करना
- ❌ Platform को illegal activities के लिए use करना
- ❌ Other users का personal data collect करना
- ❌ Automated bots से platform scrape करना
- ❌ Political propaganda post करना (हम job platform हैं, political party नहीं)
5. Job Listings और Transactions
Important: cjpjob.in एक platform है जो workers और employers को connect करता है। हम:
- किसी भी job transaction के party नहीं हैं
- Payment disputes के लिए liable नहीं हैं
- Job quality या employer behavior guarantee नहीं करते
- Workers को direct employ नहीं करते
⚠️ सभी payments directly workers और employers के बीच होते हैं। cjpjob.in किसी भी payment dispute में liable नहीं है।
6. Intellectual Property
cjpjob.in का:
- Logo, design, content — cjpjob.in का property है
- CJP branding — movement से inspired, educational/satirical purpose
- आप अपना profile content (skills, work samples) का copyright retain करते हैं
Platform पर content post करके आप cjpjob.in को license देते हैं उसे platform पर display करने के लिए।
7. Disclaimer — हमारी Limitations
- cjpjob.in किसी specific job placement की guarantee नहीं देता
- Government scheme eligibility और approval government का decision है — हम सिर्फ guidance देते हैं
- Platform "as is" provide किया जाता है — हम 100% uptime guarantee नहीं करते
- Employer/worker disputes में हम mediator नहीं हैं
8. Termination
हम किसी भी account को terminate कर सकते हैं अगर:
- Terms of Service violate हों
- Fraudulent activity detect हो
- Other users को harm हो
- Legal requirements हों
आप भी कभी भी अपना account delete कर सकते हैं — email करें: cjpjob.in@gmail.com
9. Governing Law
यह Terms of Service Indian law के under governed हैं। किसी भी dispute के लिए Indian courts का jurisdiction applicable होगा।
10. Changes to Terms
हम Terms update कर सकते हैं। Major changes के लिए registered users को email notification मिलेगी। Continued use = acceptance of new terms.
